Despite far lower expectations, data from the National Retail Federation (NRF) shows that retail sales for the November through December 2020 holiday season, including online and other non-store purchases, increased by a remarkable 8.3% over the same time in 2019, hitting $789.4 billion.

Take the time now to assess what channels you will utilize for promotion, as well as what strategies you use for each channel (an example: deciding what your IG reels will talk about and approving the design for your FB ads).
